Srinivas Cherla is an alumni of IIMA and has hands-on experience in technology solutions development and implementation in the Industrial Energy Transition, Energy Management and Decarbonization Sector. He has published several white papers and reports on applications of Energy 4.0 technologies such as AI, Blockchain etc. in the energy sector, and has also worked on developing go to market strategies for multiple E-mobility players like Renault Nissan and CESL. He has also contributed to Blockchain Use Cases in the energy sector use cases for ISO working group ISO/TC 307. He has worked in the US and India in technical, managerial and leadership roles, and is currently the Director of Sustainability at (RICH) Research and Innovation Circle of Hyderabad. His current interests include Industrial Decarbonization, Green Hydrogen, Application of Blockchain in Energy, Greening of MSMEs, E-mobility and Waste to Energy.

Kiran Kumar Alla is a seasoned leader in the clean energy and sustainability space, currently serving as Senior Fellow and Director at the Institute of Energy Transition (IoET), TERI, Hyderabad. With over 17 years in the energy sector and a total of more than 30 years of cross-functional experience spanning manufacturing, learning & development, and energy, Kiran has played pivotal roles in advancing sustainability and innovation. At TERI, he leads initiatives that foster collaboration among academia, industry, and government to accelerate the adoption of energy transition technologies. Previously, as Senior Director of Business Development at Plug Power Inc., Kiran was instrumental in building India’s green hydrogen ecosystem and driving strategic partnerships with key stakeholders. His earlier roles at Bloom Energy and BSES Rajdhani Power Limited saw him championing distributed energy solutions, renewable integration, and digital innovation within utility operations. Kiran holds a PGPM from the Indian School of Business and has completed specialized certification in Corporate Renewable Procurement from Imperial College London. He is also an active mentor for climate tech startups at ISB D-Labs, T-Hub, and IIIT Hyderabad, and serves on technical committees evaluating innovations in climate and sustainability.
